Ann was up north at the weekend and we met up in the Green Dragon pub in Stockton (beer only £1.36 a pint!).
Dawn, Andy and Trev were there too so it was almost a Writers' Café staff party.
In this Dutch clip from 1974 transmitter engineer Bruno Brandenberger demonstrates an effect I've mentioned here previously - the automatic lighting of fluorescent tubes in close proximity to radio transmitters. Some nostalgic jingles too.
