An electrical dilemma
I must have wired thousands of plugs over the years but this particular electric cord was a little perplexing...
Green/Yellow - Earth, Blue - Neutral, Black - er isn't that neutral too?
It was on an old Swiss made electrical balance and apparently they used to use black for the phase wire.
